How many non-smoking casinos are in our US catalog?
We list 27 open casino floors in our US catalog where `entry.smoking` is `non-smoking` backed by a linked public law or ordinance source on the venue card.
Is this list the same as state smoking law?
No. The table of state and city rules explains what the law allows or requires in each jurisdiction. The ranked-style venue list only includes floors we tag smoke-free with a cited statute or ordinance — not every property that advertises a non-smoking room.
Why are Las Vegas or Atlantic City casinos missing?
Nevada and New Jersey law still permit smoking on parts of the gaming floor. We keep those venues at `sections` until an operator publishes a fully smoke-free floor we can cite — we do not infer from state law alone where smoking is allowed.
Where does the data come from?
Each venue links to the statute or ordinance id on its card (`entry.source`). State law rows on this page use the same L1 public sources named in our C-11 research file (checked 2026-10-12).
