The Mirage
The Mirage stood at 3400 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Paradise, NV. What follows is the history we can cite: the dated record, then what is on that ground now. This is not a live casino page.
July 17, 2024
The Mirage closes after 34 years; Hard Rock International begins redevelopment.
On this ground now
Not a full implosion: Y-shaped hotel towers are being renovated into Hard Rock Las Vegas (guitar tower replaces the volcano).
Operating card: Hard Rock Las Vegas Hotel & Casino
Closed 2024-07-17 for a multi-year Hard Rock rebuild — partial demolition only, not the same as Tropicana’s full implosion.
